Rumble On

the last poem he ever wrote.

Rumble on forever bright Your glow will never fade, Beyond cold night warmed by light Your spirits only grow, The dark of space, indifferent place That icy cool made not so cruel Now warmer by your grace. Rumble on so far beyond This tiny little earth, In some quaint way you point the way Your diamonds spark Make bright that dark, For now you light the way. Rumble on in the solitude of space The infinity of time is now your place, We see the stars we hear your sound So rumble on forever Never lost forever found. Rumble on your golden wand Your seeds have now been sown, Seven sprouts grow into stars Where you are now at home.
